internet history

I am unable to clear the history in IE 6, when i hit the
history button at the top of the browser, my history of
visited web sites still remain in the window on the left
side. anyone know how to fix this problem?

Try closing IE6 and go to Internet Options in the Control
Panel. If you click on Clear History while IE6 is
closed, your history should be cleared out when you go
back to IE6.
