Internet explorer Stops after 30 seconds

When i try to access the internet from office through my laptop , it opens
any URL for 30 seconds and then locks...if you open another I.E windows and
type a URL it opens for 30 seconds annd then locks.
When I connect the laptop directly to the router, it works fine
but when it is connected to the wall outlet it does the 30 seconds thing
I tried to connect it to the switch,,but got the same thing
I have turned all firewall off and I get the same. 30 seconds and then stops.
it only works fine when I conenct the laptop directly to the router.

Hi,

Try the following to resolve your problem:

Click |Start| > |Run|
In the Run dialog box, type the following command line:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Click on OK.
Reboot, and check see if this has resolved the issue. If you
continue to have problems, move on and repeat the above
proceedure (minus the reboot) substituting each command line
below in turn:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 scrrun.dll
regsvr32 msxml.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll

Reboot your computer.
