Internet Explorer New Window Always Blank

Hello,

I've read in the knowledge base that this problem is
because of registry files. I did all the fixes they said
and any link that requires a new window is blank. Nothing
ever loads and it's affecting many things that require a
new target to open. I'm using netscape to get here. The
window I'm typing in right now would be blank if I were
using IE. I use IE6 and I did reinstall it. It's the IE6
SP1 from Windows update but it was working fine.

It just starting doing this with no apparent cause.
