IE browser not loading in new window

When i first open IE it displays just fine. If I click on
an article the loads in the same window it's fine. But if
I click on something that goes to a new window it says
"done" at the bottom but the page didn't load and is blank.
Very frustrating when trying to browse. I end up using
Netscape. Any suggestions out there? Thanks

Hi Tim,

I too have this problem. I press Shift key on keyboard while clicking those
links. It works on some sites. But I also want to solve this problem.
