Internet Explorer encountered a problem so need to close

Sheba

Hi, I just consulted a tech live support at
optonline...that tech support person can't solve my
problem so he told me to come here...

My problem is about always getting booted out on the
internet, I don't use AOL or any dial ups...but the
Iexplorer keeps closing every 5 minutes...keep saying
encountered a problem...

Some say, there's a compatibility problem with windows XP
and Iexplorer...I mean, what the heck?...who created
windows?xP?and Iexplorer?...isn't it microsoft?...Why
would they have conflict or something...

I really need help on how to get rid of this sheet...Does
anybody know how?...I don't know nothing about computer,
i only know internet basics and stuff...that's all...

whatever those protocols and ip address are, i don't
know...So please, anyone...drop me an email so i can
solve this annoying problem...k

THANKS A LOT

If the errors do indeed reference Iexplorer.exe (Internet Explorer is
Iexplore.exe [no final r] ), you most likely are infected with either a
virus or spyware.
