Intenet Explorer Script Error

I am getting script errors opening Users Accounts in control panel, it says

Internet Explorer Script Error

Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res://c:\WINDOWS\system32\nusmgr.cpl/nusmgr.hta

Any idea's on how to fix this?
