Installing XP SP1

When trying to install Windows XP Service Pack 1 or 1a I
get this error, see below. I have searched and searched
and can not find any information about this. error with
SP1. If anyone has any idea, please let me know. I tried
turning off services and disabled anti-virus software etc.
