installing service pack 2

im haveing a problem install microsoft srvice pack two every tim i try to
install an error message comes up saying that it cant install or it just sits
there and no matter how long i wait it wont move does any one know this
problem?

Check the svcpack.log. See this KB for more information.

installation may stop, and you do not receive an error message:
