install windows xp professional

Hi,
I tried installing xp professional on a computer that
already had xp home and I received the following error
message: The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL Can
anyone help me? Thank you, Fred

I think that you need the windows XP Pro update cd in order to update to
Pro from a previous OS. You can just uninstall your XP home and then just
install XP Pro.
