XP Professional Upgrade

I recently upgraded from XP home to XP professional. I
now receive the following error message whenever I log on
to my session, "The procedure entry point GetIUMS could
not be located in dynamic link library MSDART.DLL". Am I
missing an entry? Any help would be most appreciated.

Go to this link:

Click on M and scroll down to Msdart.dll
