install error for office 2000

Hi all,

I am trying to install another server into my citrix farm and am having some
difficulty install office 2000. I am using the same transform file (mst)
that I have used for the other three servers and the same method of
installation. But this time I am getting Event ID: 11933 , source:
msiInstaller with the following description:

Product: Microsoft Office 2000 Professional -- Error 1933. The Windows
Installer service cannot update one or more protected Windows files. SFP
Error: 3. List of protected files:\r\nc:\winnt\system32\mpg4c32.dll
c:\winnt\system32\nserror.dll


any thoughts on how to get by this? I don't really want to turn protected
files off. Also, the other three servers had office installed prior to
win2k sp3 being installed, not so in this case.

As a last resort, you could stop the protected files
service and then restart it after the installation is done.

I thought of stopping the file protection service, but won't it recognize
the replaced when I restart the service again after install?
