When I was using outlook in the past, I got an option "attach as link" (along
with "insert as text" and "insert as attachment") on the pull down menu when
inserting files. This is especially useful when referring to a file on a
server accessible by other co-worker.
Now, after I changed companies, I don't see this option anymore and people
always send the actual file rather than the link.
Is there a way to install this menu item
