Outlook 2003 insert attachments

When inserting an attachment in Office 2000 there was an option to "Insert as
a Shortcut". This option does not appear in Otulook 2003. The only options
available are: "Insert", "Insert as Text", "Insert as Attachment" or "Insert
as Hyperlink".

Can I switch "Insert as a Shortcut" on somehow?

Sounds like a difference of message format and/or using Word as the e-mail
editor. (Only Rich Text messages can support "a shortcut". Plain Text/HTML
can't)
