Inability to download Blaster patch

At the very end of downloading the Blaster patch, I
received th following message...

Ectraction Failed
xpsp1hfm.exe is not a valid Win32 application

What does this mean and does anyone know what to do to
fix it?

You have a 32 bit computer and you need the 32 bit patch:
