Import from excel to outlook

I'm trying to import an excel file of names and email address to my contacts
to create a distribution list. I'm getting the error "cannot start the
required translator" and it asks if I want to install it. When I say yes, it
says it needs to have the disk in. I put in the disk and it still won't
install. Anyone have any help?
