Images have no properties, all save as bitmap

Since my upgrade to WIN-XP web site images in JPG format
all save as BMP with no name. I've checked recent image
work and repeated recent image site objects as a test.
I've check file types in WIN-Explorer and that seems
okay. If I do a "save target", I get the file name and
format correctly. But if I open image and do a save as I
get untitled bitmap. Can that be fixed?

Hi Paul,

This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the
temporary internet files.

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.
