IEXPLORE Error Message

How do I get rid of the 'IEXPLORE HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN
USER.EXE. INTERNET EXPLORER WILL NOW CLOSE. IF YOU
CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER' error
message. I have searched all over and cannot find a
solution to this problem...PLEASE HELP!!!!
