Iexplore error message

I'm getting the following error message: Iexplore has
caused an error in RPCRT4.DCL. Iexplore will now close. If
you continue to have problems, try restarting your
computer.

Explorer than shuts down. What is this?

I'm also getting kicked off with an iexplore.exe error

but kernal32.dll is blamed. Have you solved your problem?
