IE6.0 Page Setup - Margins

I have been trying to change the margins in the IE6.0
page setup with no luck. Whatever values I input get
replaced with some standard margins (I want top .188 cm
and right .392, but the browser insists I keep.423 as top
margin!). Can I not change page margins?

Hope someone knows the answer
