IE 6 - page setup margins .25

Whenever I try to change left & right margins in Page
Setup to anything less than .25, it reverts to .25, as if
that is a minimum.

I've checked the browser Help feature & MS Support
website, and nothing indicates that there is a minimum
for these margins.

Anyone else run across this or have any suggestions?
