Page Setup - Margins default

I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction as
I would like to change IE6 browser page setup to Margins:
Millimeters or Centimeters.
I thought it was controlled by Word but have found a
client with Margins set to Inches in IE6 and Word 2000 set
to Millimeters.
If anyone can advise where or what controls the page setup
in the browser, this would save me huge amounts of time
attempting to find the answer on the web.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi Penny,

IE takes its settings from Windows, not Word.
Try Control Panel-Regional Settings-Number tab-Measurement System
(Metric or U.S.)
