"IE Caused error in VX2.DLL" ***URGENT***

Last night I began getting this message every time I tried
to open IE: "Explorer has caused an error in VX2.DLL and
will now close. If Problem persists please restart
computer."

I can't open My Computer or My Documents and it's making me
very nervous. I have ME and last evening is did an update,
the problem started later that night. Please someone help me!
