IE 6 Blurry pictures

When I view pictures sent to me via email the quality is
excellent. Even when I view them online in the iexplorer
browser. However some graphics, such as advertisements
appearing as banners in yahoo ( or any site ) as well as
pics viewed via an online album like ofoto or snapfish
are very blurry.
Please help.

I am using Windows xp. I connect with netzero hi-speed.
This is a new
problem and only gives trouble with banners and graphics
online. I have
over I have 768megsRAM, a 19 inch monitor amd athlon
processor 1.06
ghz 3dfxvoodoo graphics card
