Blocky Pictures in IE 6

Andrew

First I want to thank everybody that has tried to help.
Thank you. However, I am still having problems finding a
setting that will stop the photographs and graphics like
gifs from appearing blocky. It as if the browser is
automatically reducing the MB size of the picture, thus
making it blurry. All text is super clear. If the
photograph is downloaded and viewed in another
application it looks good. I still have my old system
set up and the same pages and photographs look good. I
tried different combinations of controls in the advanced
internet options dialog box but cannot solve the problem.
Comcast is my IP. I have an Dell 8500 with a WUXGA
monitor. Any ideas?

Did you take a look at the Multimedia list in Tools > Internet Options >
Advanced? Could it be the automatic image resizing setting? Or maybe it's
your graphics card.
