IE 6.0 Java Scrip - Spyware placed Right-Click Option

After being taken to a porn site, my IE 6.0 now has an
unwanted link that I cannot remove. When I right-click my
mouse to open a link in a new window, I have a listing on
the pop up box that will take me directly to that porn
site. How can I remove this without a clean install?

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
