icons appear on desktop

Our Compuetr has been infected by spyware and now icons
appear on the desktop when we start the computer. They
are for pornographic sites and others and each time I
delete them they come back within a minute or so. I have
just installed the spyware and have run the scans and
removed all viruses found but they still wont go away
what can I do. I have also got Trend security and AdAware
activated.

Please submit a suspected spyware report from the infected machine
using Tools from the Menu

Restart in Safe Mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page choose
scan options > full system scan (check boxes below) > click "Run Scan Now".

at the same time, delete the icons from safe mode
