ICF firewall that comes with XP gives an error upon activation

Hi,
I have a problem activating XP Firewall through
properties
of my network connection (cable modem, home). In the
Advanced tab I click to "Protect my computer and network
by limiting or preventing access to this computer from
the Internet".
After I click "OK", the following message pops up:

"An error occured while Internet Connection Sharing was
being enabled. The dependency service or group failed to
start."

I have checked all online help available. Will appreciate
your feedback.

Go into services.msc, r-click into the properties of
ICF and look at the dependencies tab. All of the listed
services must not be set to Disabled.
