I cannot open more than one window

I cannot open more than one window in internet explorer. Anytime I am on a
web page, and I click a link that requires a new window to open up, it will
not open. I have disabled pop-up blocker. I have also disabled other
possible pop up blockers such as Norton, and Yahoo toolbars. I can hold the
"ctrl" key, and the window will come up. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

And, you might try uninstalling the Yahoo toolbar (Control Panel> Add or
remove programs) instead of just disabling it. The "ctl" key behavior
indicates that a pop-up blocker is working.
