Browser cannot open secondary window

At first I though the problem was pop-up blocker related. I disabled
everything on my computer which might be involved in blocking pop-ups. This
did not help. The I noticed that if I right click a link and select Open in
New Window, the new browser window is not launched. If I left click the link
normally, then the page comes up in the same browser window. Has anyone seen
this problem? Is there a solution?

I'm having the same problem and would also like to get it fixed. It seems
like the new window pops up for one second and then disappears leaving the
original window. I have turned off pop up blockers although I am still
running some anti-spyware software. I also noticed that my internet security
settings have changed to "Local Internet" and they won't change back to
"Internet". I don't know if these are the problems or not.
