I just got a new laptop and I have windows mail when I first set up my
account I was sending and receiving mail just fine but since yesterday I
haven't been able to send mails. I'm very frustated because I have tried
everything. I use a different imcoming server from the outgoing one. This
is the error I get.....

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: Test', Account:
'pop.etn.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Please help me!!

Comcast has been rather poor at telling their users about a change they
have in progress to make all users change which port they use for
outgoing mail.

Do you get exactly the same error message? If so, use the same
answers. If not, right click on your error message and copy all of
it to your next message.
