I can't send or receive emails

All of a sudden, I can't send or receive emails? I get this message when I
click on send. I can send and receive through my webmail but not through
Windows Mail.

Can someone please help me....

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:

25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
