How to view msg body source with other than Notepad?

Outlook 2003

I sometimes need to view the body source of an email message.
Right-click message body | View Source will open Notepad with the source
text.

However, if the message contains Unicode or other multibyte characters,
Notepad cannot correctly display them; the text shows as garbage characters.

Is there a way to view the body text with another tool than Notepad,
e.g. Word?

Outlook doesn't control your default HTML editor; Windows does. See Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

Thanks, Robert. Checked Internet Options, and the default HTML Editor is
set to FrontPage. Yet, displaying a HTML message's body text opens Notepad.
