Receiving a Blank Body Text In Outlook Express

I have one e-mail contact whose messages are received by
me with the subject and other info available but with no
body text. I can view the text if I go to message source
in properties, but otherwise can't see the text. Oddly,
this happens with my personal e-mail address identity
only. She can copy my work identity (which is on the
same PC in Outlook Express) and I receive the body of the
message with no issue. Help!
