Blank Message Body in Outlook 2003

Mary

I have a user experiencing the following:

He is receiving e-mail from trusted sources that have a blank message body.
We have checked with the sender, and the message body was not blank when
it was sent. In addition, he is receiving some e-mails with Word or Excel
attachments that are blank. He has forwarded these messages to me and they
are still blank.

To put a twist on this, sometimes the e-mail text will disappear after he
has read the message and opened it again to read.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003 on his laptop. I have done
a virus check, as well as spyware and adware checks. No virus's found, and
only tracking cookies that I erased.

He has not experienced this since yesterday when I did all this, but I am
curious to find out what the cause really was.

Anyone ever experienced this before? I appreciate any and all advice.

Thanks!

Mary

Hello Mary,

Is it possible to upgrade the video drivers on that laptop to the
latest version. I have seen corrupted/out of date drivers cause
similar problems in the past. Plus it is an easy thing to try.
