Outlook 2003: extract original email source

When I right-click on a HTML message body and 'View Source', Notepad
opens with the source data, and all multibyte characters are shown as
garbage "mojibake" characters.

Is there a way to make Outlook open a better viewer, e.g. Frontpage or
Internet Explorer?

I found a solution for this problem that I had for many years (thanks to
a suggestion over at the Windows XP group).

- Copy the message to the desktop.
- Open the message with Word, and specify the message's original
encoding, e.g. ISO-2022-JP or KOI8-R.
