How to turn off IE search tool bar permanently?

Hi,

When I launch IE, I notice three unwanted toolbars.
(search tool bar, search and quick launch toolbar toolbar).
I tried to turn these off using view -> toolbar and
customize. But, these settings are applicable only for the
current browser and I see these toolbars again when I open
a new IE browser.

Can anyone please suggest a way to permanently turn these
off?

Get ToolbarCop:

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely.

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items in red)
