can't delete comet toolbar

Somehow a "comet" toolbar appears on IE browser. Can turn
off but auto starts when IE browser restarted. Removed
in control panel add/remove programs. Now the bar still
appears but in IE browser, view, toolbars, the comet
toolbar is still there but no text associated. Can still
be turned on and off but starts automatically with IE
browser. How can I delete it for once and for all?
