How to set Explorer to Open to Specific Drive?

S

Steven O.

On my computer I have a separate physical hard drive for data files,
the D drive. Is there someway to tell Explorer to always open with
the tree at left having My Computer expanded, and with the D: drive
open as well, while the C: drive remains closed?

I tried going to the Properties page and setting the Start directory
to D:, which did not help. Also setting the program to run as
"Explorer D:" caused the d: drive to be open, but with no directory
tree at left.

Thanks in advance for all replies.
