How to erase saved login and search info from browser

I'm not really too in the know with tech talk so bare with me here. I often
visit sites like myspace as well as my school email site...and everytime I go
back to these sites to login it has my username and/or email saved and I
would like to know how to disable this feature. I've done the whole erasing
history and temp. files thing and I don't even know if that had anything to
do with my problem but it hasn't changed yet. Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated!

IE tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete. Clear your forms and
password cache, and then disable those options.

You could also download a program called CCleaner from the following website.

In the list of things to clean make sure you tick autocomplete form history
as this is not ticked by default.

Or you can selectively delete auticomplete for information using
IEHistoryX,

Be very very VERY careful with CCleaner. We are seeing a lot of problems
with that software removing hotfix data making it impossible to uninstall
IE7 and any other hotfix/update.
