How do i uninstall manually backup personal folders ?

I can't install backup personal folders because the system
send message that before i must uninstall backup personal folders,
but in the control panel i do not see the application and i think
that is not uninstall very well.
I use outlook 2000 whit w2K.

Please help me

have you also watched in the Addin Manager in Outlook?

no i don't watch in the addin manager because i don't know
where is.

..MAIL INTERNET select
..MENU EXTENSION MSFS select
..PROPRIETIES EXTENSION MSFS select
..EXCHANGE EXTENSION select
