How can I uninstall pfbackup.exe?

When I try to download and install the new version of Outlook 2003 Add-in:
Personal Folders Backup, I get a message that I must uninstall the old
version from the control panel. When I try to uninstall it from the control
panel, it begins to uninstall, but doesn't complete the task. (it is not
installed in Outlook anymore because the option is not there to use it
anymore.)
