Personal Folders Backup Tool

Running Vista with Office 2003. Have successfully been using Outlook with
Personal Folders Backup Tool. Recently had to uninstall and reinstall
Outlook. Cannot reinstall the Backup Tool. A box pops up after download:

<Setup has detected that you already have a version of Personal Folders
Backup installed on this machine. Before the download can be installed, you
must first uninstall the previous version. To uninstall, please answer yes
to the next question.>

<Are you sure you want to uninstall this product?>

When I click <Yes>, a Windows Installer box pops up that says:

<This action is only valid for products that are currently installed>

When I click <OK>, a Setup Error box pops up that says:

<To install this download, please uninstall the previous version of Personal
Folders Backup using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel.>

However, when I go to Control Panel there is no listing for Microsoft
Personal Folders Backup Tool.

Click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins. Click Add. Browse to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11>Addins. You should see outbak.dll.
Select it and click OK. The Outlook Backup Addin should appear in the Add-Ins
Available pane. Click OK, OK, then OK and restart Outlook.
