Outlook Personal Folder Backup - Manual removal to reinstall

G

Guest

After adding a user and removing the original one to an XP Pro system, and
using Office 2003 with Outlook Personal Folder Backup. I cannot install
Outlook Personal Folder Backup again to the new user. This Add-on is nowhere
to be found and when I try to install it again it continually asks for me to
uninstall the original version first but there is no where to uninstall it!!!
It is no longer in Add/Remove Programs. HOW DO I REMOVE IT TO REINSTALL
IT???????

When I run the pfbackup.exe the first thing I receive is:
1. Setup has detected that you already have a version of PFB. You must
first uninstall the previous version. To uninstall, please answer yes to the
next question... Ok
2. I choose Ok then I receive: Are you sure you want to uninstall the
product... Yes
3. I choose Yes then I receive: Setup Error: To install this download,
please uninstall the pervious version of PFB using the add/remove program in
Control Panel.
4. When I go to add/remove... there is nothing there is no previous version
to remove. (No Outlook Personal Folder Backup listing)

I tried loading this on another machine and the firewall issued a warning
that is allowing a program to load ad? Something I could not catch the name.
it loaded fine.
