How do I stop triplicte copies of each incoming email message in I

I am using the Office 2007 suite and specifically OUTLOOK for my email.
After downloading the outlook connector to solve the DAV problem on September
1, 2009, I started receiving triple copies of every incoming email message.

What may be causing this, and how do I fix it?

Maybe you have AV scanning intergrated with outlook, if so uninstall the AV,
reboot, retest
Or your auto send/receive is configured for less than 10 mins
