How do I override Outlook's blocking of attachments?

Outlook tells me it blocks a myriad of attachments which might contain
viruses. I run virus software continuiously and want to receive these
attachments. I can't find where to turn this blocking off.

If you are asking about Outlook Express (not Microsoft Outlook), then start
Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck the
second box from the top concerning attachments.
