How do I add an option to the right mouse context menu in Outlook

I would like to be able to right-click "Paste-Special" (or even better,
"Paste-Special-Unformatted Text") ... is it possible to add that option (or
any options) to the right-click context menu? Thanks!

Re: "Was this post helpful to you," yes, it's helpful to know the facts (so, thank you, Milly) but it would be even more helpful to be able to have the option I recommend that ms consider this as an upgrade. Thanks!
