Outlook Right Mouse Menu

I've some how changed my Right Mouse Menu, it now only dispays signature
options any one know how to change/add options to the menu, i.e. copy, paste

Right mouse clicking provides a Context Sensitive menu. We have no
information from you as to the context of your situation.

Start with version of Outlook and where in Outlook you are doing what you
are doing.
