Right Click context menu missing most components

I have recently taken possesion of a new laptop with MS Office 2003
preloaded. I have been using Outlook for many years.

After opening an email, one option I use quite frequently is to 'right
click' on 'From' to select the senders email address and then 'add to
Contacts'. There are many more options on the right click menu, such as
'Create rule, Send options etc'.

On my new system these options are not available, just the simple 'Cut,
Copy, paste etc.' right click menu.

Any ideas as to how I can make these extended options appear?

Tried a repair already? Also make sure you have applied all updates for both
Windows and Office.
