how can i start vista setup on hdd

Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for
installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code
0x800706F8

it keeps erroring this again and again i downloaded 2 times i burned at 2.4X
speed i checkhed md5 hash and it was matched so, what can i do ?

is it possible to run vista rc1 setup on hdd ? or what else ? (64bit) (amd
anthlon)

I have the same problem. More detail from Vista in the error message would
be helpful.
