How can I run Disk Defragmenter on C drive from a bat file

I run a couple of utilities through the job scheduler using bat files.

I want to use the free utility supplied in Win2k called disk defragmenter, to defrag C drive from a
bat file.

I also want it to exit when completed without prompting me, when it is completed.

Thanks much,
